CHOP Open ASD Data (COAD) provides inquiries for ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) concepts, statistical data derived from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and diagnoses for ASD symptoms.

We collected 10,439 ASD cases and 20,453 non-ASD cases from CHOP database. The cases are composed of three sets according to the clinical note types: 1. psychiatric notes, 2. behavioral notes, 3. mental health assessment notes. The 3 types of ferequency data were derived from the 3 case cohorts: 1. ASD, 2. Psychiatric (non-ASD), 3. Non-psychiatric. And the 2 types of odds ratio were calculated between the ASD cohort and the non-ASD cohort (1. ASD vs. Non-psychiatric, 2. ASD vs. Psychiatric (non-ASD)). 10,234 concepts are displayed in COAD. They were collected based on the odds ratio (ASD vs. Non0psychiatric). All the concepts have this odds ratio >=1.5 .
